Livinig and Working in China-Bathing in China

My hot water is still out. thats three days now. And remember, I live in a pretty nice area of Beijing. At my last place, this happened as well- also in a nice place. When I complained to the management they were shocked and wanted to know why I needed hot water each day. I said to bathe, and they asked why I needed to bathe each day… no shit
