Living and Working in China- Working for Chinese

Today I went to my job, its a part-timer, and the company is Chinese. The Chinese are spooky in their form of governance, it a weird Big Brother sort of process whereby they slink around and try to make people nervous. For instance, there are about 5 guards who constantly prowl the campus and like to stare at us, and our desks. I would hate to see what it was like with the red guard.
