No wonder China has a mob/vivilante mentality, see below…

” The Chinese communists dedicated extensive resources to publishing their new laws and
educating the people about them. Part of this effort entailed creating a system of so-called
“people’s lawyers” who served as legal advisers to members of the general public and who
concomitantly practiced the correct political ideology. Ultimately they came to hold the view
that the law should not be an arcane body of principles that only the few could comprehend and
exercise. Rather they advocated simplicity in the law and freedom from qualifying factors. It
should be easy for everyone to understand and use
