Another Oil Spill in China

This photo is from the chinadaily and talks about yet another instance of an oil spill in the Chinese port city of Dalian. When the US had our horrible spill, this area experienced one as well. As of late this area in China has had many spills leading many to wonder what will happen to China as their reliance on oil increases.
