Terrorist Bank Robber or Aien in China- Odd China Photo

I saw this lady entering a bank the other day. The outfit is not for any religion, but is out of some bizarre Vampire like fear the locals have of Mr Sunshine. This lady, when she unwrapped herself from the smock, the welding hood, flowing garb etc, looked pretty sketchy. She should have saved her time vz protecting herself from the sun, but invested a little in a comb and toothbrush….or maybe its just me…
