Cloud Computing in China- Open Access to the ‘Net?

Chongqing China, home to the best hotpot in this whole country, is going to have a ‘cloud district or ‘cloud computing special management district’. The idea is to develop this cloud computing zone and get market share while not falling too far behind others in such endeavors. This will be the first for China and will supposedly be beyond the purview of the ‘great firewall of china’ . Sound too good to be true, it probably is or its access will be relegated to those governmental officials who have been deemed worthy of having unfettered access to the potentially daming information that the net can have.
