On China’s Infrastructure

Here is an interesting comment from Brewskie and I could not agree more.
“The infrastructure China’s building now will shape her future, and her place in the world.” How much of her infrastructure winds up in certain shapes will impact China’s shape.

I couldn’t get any death data on this topsy turvey one. so perhaps it was still in construction. I hope so, anyways in 2010 or was it 2011, this year, 2011, we had LOTS in June holy Jesus. are these guys trying to escape ASAP, cram in as much buildings and disappear to Miami as mr and mrs smith?

I may have to go over to China myself someday to better gauge how much of China’s new infrastructure is sordid. Don’t know how much of it is, but there’s this maxim to weigh on: A tourist in Russia once gazed at an ill-designed toilet and remarked on Soviet design, “If they couldn’t get this right, what else went wrong?”; in China, if they can’t build large-scale projects like the Bird Nest, the Jiaozhou Bay Bridge or the high-speed rail network right, than what else is wrong?

Don’t, unless you have a NEED to be here like work, unfortunatly I and Wtderflnt (I’ll just call him Winterflint, if he has no objections). Anyways, stay out… this place is unsafe, unhealthy, unsanitary. Underware.
