Beijing Pollution Picture November 16, 2011

Posted by w_thames_the_d on November 16, 2011

This is what 400+ smog looks like. The reading I saw was 420 but it was late at night. My guess is that at its peak the smog was closer to 450 or above.
As you can see, the air is grungy gray and slimy. This is China living.

Beijing Pollution 11-17

Posted by w_thames_the_d on November 16, 2011

My lungs are dead, it feels like they are coated in cement. A colleague asked how I am doing and I said much better. The colleague said that the pollution should be less now for it is raining. I decided to go to this site http://iphone.bjair.info/ and alas he is right.
Beijing’s pollution is ONLY 183 or about four times what is considered harmful in ABC Anywhere But China.
Damn this place is fked.

“Killer Chinese Construction”- Another Chinese House Collapses

Posted by w_thames_the_d on November 16, 2011

Chinese houses are horribly constructed, the idea is to maximize profits and minimize efforts. The result is tofu buildings that collapse centuries earlier than ABC- Anything Built in China.
Here is a story of a building that collapsed killing at least 10. The Chinese have an odd way of keeping the population low.

US Bolstering Military Presence in Asia

Posted by w_thames_the_d on November 16, 2011

Obama is attempting to prove that aside from sipping an occasional ’40 ouncer’, that he still is the big boss man. As such, he’s putting a military base in Australia to let the chicoms know that his other testy has descended after all….story here http://www.nytimes.com/2011/11/16/world/asia/united-states-sees-china-everywhere-as-it-shifts-attention-to-asia.html

Collabration and China- HAHAAHAHA Do You Mean Blatant Theft?

Posted by w_thames_the_d on November 16, 2011

From here “”The amount of collaboration that has happened between these institutions is pretty much close to nil,”
Although this comment was directed at Bank Of America’s tie-up with a Chinese bank, this same remark could be said for all of China.
In general, the Chinese offer little in the way of help and take much. They will ask questions, never disclose answers and steal your ideas. It is not necessarily the fact that they are ignorant, but more so that they have no ability to create.
A guy from Russia blamed it on communism and how its absolute control ruins their abilities to think outside the box. China is definitely guilty of this.

Beijing’s Pollution Today Almost Off the Charts- 420!!

Posted by w_thames_the_d on November 16, 2011

I am attaching a screen shot of today’s pollution index in Beijing at 7:20 pm. It is 420 which in civilized terms, is about 8 times worse than horrible. It is so bad outside that you can feel the air. I have a bad cough from the increase in pollutants, and going outside is like punishment.

The chicoms complain that the US embassy posts these results, for the chicoms tell chinese truth or they do not report the real numbers. Take for instance the other day, the measurement was like 200, which is awful, and the Chicoms called it moderately bad.

A pollution index of 420 is like wading through molasses, you can feel o2 deprivation a bit and your eyes are scratchy. Washing ones hair should be undertaken twice per day and a mask should always be worn. In all honesty, you can feel the air today.
I noticed they have stoked up the coal burner just to the north of Beijing and that could be the reason that it has been so horrible the past few days.
The sad thing is that these people do not demand more so they deserve what they get.

Posted by w_thames_the_d on November 16, 2011

The US has 157,558 plagiarists aka chinese studying in the USA aka- sons of corrupt officials who know their time is coming. The US has approximately 14,000 students studying in China, but imho, 12,000 of them are leveraging their student visas to work and have never stepped foot in a real classroom.
Yeah, w have almost 160,000 of them escaping the land of stink and oppression.
(ps per the photo , why do they always squat like this?)
