China’s Housing Crunch – Angry Customers “Spiffed for Price Difference”

Posted by w_thames_the_d on November 23, 2011

Where else but China would people whose housing value has declined complain and demand money back? Yeah according to this site, Chinese were upset that property prices took a dive and stormed the offices of the developers demanding a discount.
The crazy thing is that instead of forcing the Chinese to behave like rational humans and suck it up, the builders acquiesced…wtf?
What kind of country does not force people to be responsible for their actions?
The good news is that China is sending more and more of these people to our schools and places of business….

Hell yeah. Chinese act like royal rotten, spoiled kids with frontal lobes stuck in one emote gear (retribution), fizzing around a weeks’ worth of Nerds candy when they don’t get their way. Your nice dump losing value faster than the cracks eat the walls? Buddy up with similar cockroaches to send a sledgehammer mark through the developer’s windows. Your empathic doctor just ripped the methadone that massaged your drug addiction, ’cause your sorry ass couldn’t pay? Be a real man: create a “my PLA” to storm the hospital sprinkled with MRSA (p.s. – I’ve no clue of China’s MRSA infestation, but it’s a huge US (in literally every hospital, large nursing home) and European problem – stay the fuck away from that shit), show those wimp Americans how to be “health care vendettas,” and squeeze the doctors’ throats like those Foxconn robots will soon squeeze your lifeblood employment away. =)

So what else is feeling a bitch-like infestation like MRSA? Oh yeah. The muscular manufacturing that gave China impeccable calfs has some ugly varicose veins bulging: manufacturing’s down to a 32-month low; the PMI’s at 48.

China’s steel industry: much like a repugnant 600-pound malodorous oaf who can’t stop eating, she’s a crying ice cream/fried chicken addict whose depressed ’cause she’s unprofitable, but depressed ’cause she can’t stop eating.

But going back to housing… holy crap out: prices fell in 33 out of 70 monitored cities.

What’s that sucking sound you hear? China’s RMB positions see drops for first time in four years; net inflows of foreign direct investment to China dropped by 25%

Say? Whatever happened to that wild card China had up its sleeve – the one it Fukishima’d with resource-poor Japan, or Wind Mill wonderland Texas? The (mostly) not-so rare earths? In the doldrums.

God. I lie like a communist “sonofabitch.” Say I’m out of the “China loop,” yet never out of the China loop.

P.S., everyone: do your part in the battle against MRSA, ’cause it’s mean shit. Take antibiotics ONLY when necessary, and don’t rely on ’em habitually like a crack addict. ‘Cause if you think MRSA’s bad, you should see the uneducated/single moma CNAs who storm into isolated rooms (places you should be covered in the next best thing to a hazmat suit) to play with the winki-dinks with ungloved hands. Yeah…

God bless America, there should be a blog called Understanding the US, One Blog at a Time. Ho-hum… happy Thanksgiving!
