Chinese Innovation= IPR Theft

Posted by w_thames_the_d on April 5, 2012

Here are a few excerpts from Death By China. These examples show the reality of China, and stealing tech. The reference in the first part is that the Chinese made an order for Russian airplanes, then after receiving a few of them, cancelled the order and pirated the design…

Now here’s what so darkly comic about these counterfeit planes. With each, China first signed a purchase and licensing agreement with Russia. However, once China got delivery of a plane or two, it simply reverse-engineered the Russian technology and then backed out of the deal— which just goes to show you there is no honor between a thief and a thug. In response to getting ripped off not once but twice, an angry Russian Defense Council Member, Colonel Igor Korotchenko, discounted the Chinese knockoffs by claiming in the Russian International News Agency that: “The Chinese J-15 clone is unlikely100 to achieve the same performance characteristics of the Russian Su-33 carrier-based fighter.” Then he added, “I do not rule out the possibility that China could return to negotiations with Russia on the purchase of a substantial batch of Su-33s.” Wel , don’t hold your breath, Colonel.

China’s development of the J-17 il ustrates yet another of the many covert ways that the People’s Republic is acquiring sensitive military technologies. In this case, China used the backdoor vehicle of a phony “joint venture” with Pakistan—and some opportunistic French intervention—to magical y create a path to circumvent the European Union’s weapons ban on China. And, speaking of magic, the Chinese Air Force recently puled out of its col ective hat a diverse array of technological y advanced, remote-control ed, and self-guided “drones.” These are the same kind of unmanned craft that America has used with great effectiveness in both Afghanistan and Iraq.

Male Chinese Student and Female Teacher Bitch Slap Each other in Class- Video

Posted by w_thames_the_d on April 5, 2012

Check out this video, it shows the true China of today.

First off, wtf do they always wear coats indoors here (yeah dumbasses, I know that in S China they have no heat, but they even do it on TV). Also, why do the one child disappointments, ‘less than men’ have no muscle tone, no common sense and no balls?
Also why do Chinese men like to punch Chinese women?

The video is crappy till the last fifteen seconds or so when the Chinese boy/girl punches the teacher in the chest and then they commence to raking the air like baby kittens….
China, so old and yet so uncivilized…..

Comment on China’s Governance from CNN.com

Posted by w_thames_the_d on April 5, 2012

Here is a great comment about China from a poster called ‘afewwords from this site (http://www.cnn.com/2012/03/19/world/asia/china-grant-bo-xilai/index.html?iid=article_sidebar)

“Chinese politics are not complex at all. It is a dictatorial system, a very few people on top control everything Chinese do in their daily life.

“power comes out of barrel of the gun”. That is jungle law, and it also runs today’s China politics. So we can say China is a very barbaric country. If you want a thing done with the government, today you may get it done successfully in one way, but tomorrow not guarantee will be successful in the same way to get the same thing done.
China is not run as a civilized country, it is run by jungle laws basically. Today the boss can make decision to take someone’s organs, tomorrow his own organs will be taken away by the system he set it up himself. Wang lijun is the example.”

The commentor must have lived here at some time or another…..

Posted by w_thames_the_d on April 5, 2012

Check out this video. Wholefoods is the next American company looking to poison their customers with toxic Chinese products.

Can you imagine anything from China being called organic?
With ten percent of the land infested with arsenic, lead and cadmium, and the country covered in a plasma’esque coating of filth, the products they grow will leach up those goodies, becoming unfit for human consumption….
