Chinese Acrobat or Construction Workers?

It is no wonder Chinese are so good at acrobatics, just look at these Chinese construction workers. They are 30-40 up in the air and are not tied down whatsoever.

They are Chinese migrant workers which means that to the slave owners/communist party member, they are expendable. After all, China has an excess of 5.2 billion limbs including arms and legs.

The funny thing is that these guys seem too worried about toppling from this rig to do a quality job. But then again, what is quality in China?
