A hospital director in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province has been detained on charges of raping a 14-year-old girl, the local Qianjiang Evening News said today.

Sun Shangjian, 50, director of the Aike Hospital, allegedly raped the girl in his villa in late May. Seven other suspects were also detained for luring the girl from her native Guizhou Province in southwest China, promising to find her a job in Jinhua.

Initial investigation found the seven suspects brought the girl to Sun’s villa where Sun forced the girl to have sex with him.”
