I know of one just outside Beijing which had a few international programs. These are schools which provide that useful link for chinese before going overseas. They are staffed with foreigners who write papers for the chikid duds and lie for their references.

One foreigner prof i knew was pimping out his studetns. Under the auspice of ‘ house cleaning’ hed ship these little 20 year olds off to all his over 55 buddies. The older guys would pay for to get their house cleaned and then ‘tag that ass’ for dessert.
