Video- Car in China Runs Over Child and Drives Away

If cruelty and child abuse were Olympic events, China would own them. The following is a link to a video showing where somebody in China runs over a child and then drives off. Of course the driver does not stop to help the child, after all, that would be too humane. On a positive note, the driver is probably filling out his or her application for US citizenship as we speak.
