Shakedown in China- Cops Shaking Down the Motorcycle Rickshaw Drivers

This is kind of foolish. You can see the cops here telling illegal motorcycle taxis to get lost, to leave the area and quit providing taxi services. On the face of it, this seems reasonable, as the taxis are per se illegal. But then again we are in China, and that word seems to be painfully ambiguous.
